KLL commemorates BIGLAKASAN 2022

HIZOLA PHOTOGRAPHY By  KLL STUDENT EXECUTIVE COUNCIL Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa (KLL), after more than two years, is celebrating another in-person BIGLAKASAN this November 21-25, 2022 with the theme: "BIGLAKASAN 2022: Ensuring a Balanced and Active Life for All". Five colleges of the institution --- College of Criminal Justice (CCJ), College of Communication Arts (CCA), College of Business Administration (CBA), College of Computer Studies (CCS) and College of Teachers Education (CTE) participate in the said event. KLL conducts Student Orientation to all freshmen and sophomores for A.Y. 2022-2023

HIZOLA PHOTO By KLL-CCA LENTE CLUB Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa (KLL) held a Student Orientation on September 14, 2022 at the Lipa City Youth and Cultural Center (LCYCC) as part of the institutions' effort to inform first and second year students with the school's guidelines. “Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa through the Office of Students Affairs and Services welcomes our students for the first semester AY 2022-2023. We are enthusiastic to be your partner in your college journey,” Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa posted on their official Facebook page. The program began with greetings from honorable Lipa City Councilors followed by the opening production of KLL Obra Artem, the National Anthem and prayer. KLL commences another academic year

After two consecutive years of distance learning, KLL opened the school. It welcomed incoming first year students and returnees for face-to-face classes and events this school year. The College of Teacher Education (CTE) created a trivia wall that contains all of the department's various organizations. The highlight of their welcoming activities was the school tour for freshmen, which was led primarily by fourth-year CTE students. They also have a photo booth available to all students. Recto threw a speech where he started extending how grateful he was for all the students who made it to college until sweat and blood they exerted paid off. “Remember this, of your 100 batch mates in grade 1, only 10 of you will finish college. FLORES On 28 th of April 2022, an A.Y. 2020-2021 graduate with the degree in Business Administration from Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa named Deomar R. De Chavez, 22 year old from Ibaan, Batangas, was featured in The Philippine Star for his works as a fast food crew and an online bangus vendor while maintaining a good remarks for being an academic awardee. In an online interview, De Chavez emphasized that being a dreamer has always been his role in life and just like any other, he experienced difficult circumstances that made him persevere and exert efforts to grant all of his ‘somedays’. “Ako kas i ay yung tipo na kung ano ng gusto ko dapat makuha ko, pursigido din ako na makuha mga bagay na alam kong kaya ko a t saka tiis lang. KLL applauds CTE’s March 2022 LET passers

REYES Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa (KLL) congratulated the success of the College of Teacher Education (CTE) as soon as the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) and Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) announced the results of the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) as taken last March 2022. KLL commended its passers for the March 2022 LET with passing percentage of 71.13% and 64.95% percentage for Elementary and Secondary Level respectively. In a Facebook post from the KLL’s official page, the institution expressed its appreciation. “Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa and the College of Teacher Education are so proud of you for this new achievement, and wishing everyone’s success in your advocacy and teaching profession,” said the social media post. Castro, Instructor III from the institution, shared her perspectives in line with the said celebration.   Ma'am Castro, President for Faculty of Association, was asked about what she thinks of being a woman as the toughest role to which she said that, "Being a woman is hard. KLL is recognized as higher education institution by CHED

Arellano, Vice President for Academic and Research at Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa, with the initiative of Lipa City Mayor (Mayor Eric B. Africa), yung mga hindi pa kagandahan, yun ang kan’yang ini-improve. As stated by the students, they experienced a more systematic and efficient process during the enrollment. Chikie Myka Miguel, a student taking Criminology program, said that it was faster and more convenient despite the advent of COVID-19 pandemic. KLL created its own Learning Management System (LMS) in order for the students to pursue their education. The institution also implemented NO FEE upon registration. Krishia Mae Umali, a student taking Computer Science program, gave a message of gratitude to Mayor Eric Africa and to Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa. “ Salamat! Salamat po sa inyo,” Umali remarked.

KLL-CCA does CCA Days online anew

The theme this year was, "Improved Virtual Communication and Collaboration of New Technical Skills of New Normal," which aimed to showcase the talents of CCA students virtually.   "You deserve a break from all your academic lives which our LECOAS Officers have carefully planned, proposed, until it has been approved," Ma'am Maria Theresa S.
