Graduates receive post graduation ideas from RGR

REYES After 2 years, Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa made it to be back in an actual, face-to-face graduation as its 26th Commencement Exercises with the theme: Restrengthening Education, Building Lives and Actualizing Success took place on 6 th of July 2022 at Aquamarine Recreational Center. FLORES On 28 th of April 2022, an A.Y. 2020-2021 graduate with the degree in Business Administration from Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa named Deomar R. De Chavez, 22 year old from Ibaan, Batangas, was featured in The Philippine Star for his works as a fast food crew and an online bangus vendor while maintaining a good remarks for being an academic awardee. In an online interview, De Chavez emphasized that being a dreamer has always been his role in life and just like any other, he experienced difficult circumstances that made him persevere and exert efforts to grant all of his ‘somedays’. “Ako kas i ay yung tipo na kung ano ng gusto ko dapat makuha ko, pursigido din ako na makuha mga bagay na alam kong kaya ko a t saka tiis lang. KLL applauds CTE’s March 2022 LET passers

REYES Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa (KLL) congratulated the success of the College of Teacher Education (CTE) as soon as the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) and Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) announced the results of the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) as taken last March 2022. KLL commended its passers for the March 2022 LET with passing percentage of 71.13% and 64.95% percentage for Elementary and Secondary Level respectively. In a Facebook post from the KLL’s official page, the institution expressed its appreciation. “Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa and the College of Teacher Education are so proud of you for this new achievement, and wishing everyone’s success in your advocacy and teaching profession,” said the social media post. Castro, Instructor III from the institution, shared her perspectives in line with the said celebration.   Ma'am Castro, President for Faculty of Association, was asked about what she thinks of being a woman as the toughest role to which she said that, "Being a woman is hard. It has different roles but even so, the most important thing is how we attend and how we fulfill those roles."   According to Ma'am Castro, she has spent life as a woman fulfilling ang thanking the Lord each day that she's alive and can continue the role as a woman to her children and to the society as well.  "I would like to extend to the women out there that even if the society sometime has its different perspectives to woman, that women are weak, this celebration imparts to us women that we are something that is as someone that is

KLL is recognized as higher education institution by CHED

Arellano, Vice President for Academic and Research at Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa, with the initiative of Lipa City Mayor (Mayor Eric B. Africa), yung mga hindi pa kagandahan, yun ang kan’yang ini-improve. As stated by the students, they experienced a more systematic and efficient process during the enrollment. Chikie Myka Miguel, a student taking Criminology program, said that it was faster and more convenient despite the advent of COVID-19 pandemic. KLL created its own Learning Management System (LMS) in order for the students to pursue their education. The institution also implemented NO FEE upon registration. Krishia Mae Umali, a student taking Computer Science program, gave a message of gratitude to Mayor Eric Africa and to Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa. “ Salamat! Salamat po sa inyo,” Umali remarked.
