KLL-CCA does CCA Days online anew

HIZOLA  Photo is a screenshot credited to KLL-CCA College of Communication Arts, a program as offered by Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa, still managed to conduct CCA Days on November 3-5, 2021 despite COVID-19 pandemic. The theme this year was, "Improved Virtual Communication and Collaboration of New Technical Skills of New Normal," which aimed to showcase the talents of CCA students virtually.   "You deserve a break from all your academic lives which our LECOAS Officers have carefully planned, proposed, until it has been approved," Ma'am Maria Theresa S. RaƱa, Dean, remarked as she officially announced the start of CCA Days.   League of Communication Arts Students (LECOAS) came up with different activities. Pride of KLL makes it to win in EGT

FLORES   Alumni from Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa who then turned teachers in the institution namely Sir Jerom Labayo and Ma’am Sharmine Martija won in Employees Got Talent (EGT), a competition that welcomed working force under Lipa City’s goverment to showcase what they got.    On 11th of October, the two proved that teachers could offer more and that was by winning second place in the said contest.    In an interview, Sir Labayo explained as to why he and Ma’am Martija joined EGT and that when they were declared as winners said their hardships, efforts, and practices paid off.    “The reason that made us join the competition is to represent and promote the school, the Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa in those kind of events,” Sir Labayo stated.    He thought that not everyone could make it to be part of the contest and be a grand finalist. REYES Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa, on 5th of October, remembered World Teacher’s Day in a quite different approach---learning facilitators from different colleges imparted  their sentiments regarding the educational system since last school year. In a series of interviews, a few teachers were asked the questions, “What is it like to have been teaching in this time of pandemic? How is the celebration of World Teacher’s Day? Is there a message you can give to yourself and other teachers to keep on teaching?” Ma’am Angelika R. Caponpon and Ma’am Maria Cristina Magnaye from the College of Computer Studies (CCS) and Sir Ginner del Rio of College of Communication Arts (CCA) said that the pandemic greatly affected and changed the way of their lifestyles. “It has been tough years for our teaching profession and it has tested our professionalism and patience,” Sir Jeffrey Metrillo (CCS) added.
