KLL Swimming Athletes Clinched 2nd Place Overall

The athletics team from Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa persevered in securing another award, ultimately finishing in second place overall.

Jo-Anne Mendoza, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication second-year student, earned silver medals in the 50-meter freestyle, 50-meter backstroke, 50-meter breaststroke, 50-meter butterfly, and 200-meter individual medley.

In addition, Bachelor of Arts in Communication students Jeyrold Tusing, second year, takes home the silver medal in the 50-meter backstroke. Kriztoferzon Carillo, second year, wins a bronze medal in the 50-meter butterfly. Also earning a silver medal in the 50-meter breaststroke was Merwin Cascante, second year.

Jhon Harold Chavez, a fourth-year student of the Bachelor of Secondary Education, secures a silver medal in the 100-meter freestyle; besides, Dean Mark Perdiz, a third-year student of the Bachelor of Arts in Communication, hauls silver medals in the 200-meter individual medley and the 100-meter backstroke.

A team made up of second-year Bachelor of Arts in Communication students Jade Anthony Daang, Merwin Cascante, Kriztoferzon Carillo, and Dean Mark Perdiz, third-year, attained the bronze medal in the 4x50 meters freestyle relay.

The following athletes made the entire institution proud by showcasing their remarkable talent, fortitude, and elegance as they achieved victory.
