We experienced events that made our hearts and souls grow stronger. Many heroes rose, taking up arms to fend off foreign attacks. Nevertheless, it is common knowledge that brutal force is insufficient to win a battle. Just like the human body works, we need a brain to make our limbs move, as do our fellow countrymen. One hero arises to provide the plan in order to win each encounter. He is a true tactician and a genius who shows his full potential despite his illness. Apolinario Mabini was born on July 23, 1864, in Talaga, Batangas, Philippines. Mabini suffered from an illness called poliomyelitis, commonly known as polio. He got polio at a young age, which led to the paralysis of his lower part of the body. Despite his physical disability, Mabini still shone and showed his leadership potential. KLL holds its 27th Commencement Exercises

The event was graced by college officials, distinguished guests and proud parents and relatives of the graduates. The event was themed "Education at Its Core: Enriching, Broadening and Advancing Toward Success." The procession began with the candidates for graduation, followed by the awardees, administrative personnel, college officials, Vice Presidents, Deans, faculty, members of the Board Of Trustees, College Administrator and distinguished guests. The CCJ ROTC officers led the entrance of colors. The attendees stood for the doxology, Philippine National Anthem and the Lipeno Hymn.
