Being kind is a MUST!

Is there a certain incident in your life where you choose to do something that help and motivated others? A situation where in, it benefits one self esteem? A simple act where you choose to be someone's crying shoulder and makes them feel that you can be their safest place?

Kindness is the quality of being gentle, caring and helpful. It's being selfless and compassionate. Like love, it takes a practice to understand. A thing you should give to others without expecting in return. Indeed, kindness can make the world a happier place for everyone. They can boost feelings of confidence, happiness and optimism. They may also encourage others to repeat the good deeds they been experience themselves. Back then, when I was in my junior highschool, our professor in Edukasyon sa Pagkakatao always mentioned the word KINDNESS. Everytime she tackles about our lesson, she never fails to remind us that we should always keep our hearts open. A heart that is always ready to help others even in the simplest form.
A heart that is ready to help others without hesitations and judgements. She builds our mindsets through these words that everytime, anytime, everywhere and anywhere we should not disgregard people who needs a back to lean on. Up until now, I still recall all those lessons and apply it not just for myself but to influence my fellow youths. Kindness should perform in any cases and kindness should always be in someone's mind and soul. We all know that we are going through a hard time right now. Competing to so much strains and stresses not to mention, but some of us experience failures and trials that drained us physically and mentally. In this case, let's still learn to be kind always. By taking time to reflect and learn to respect them, we can benefit from emotional upsides. With everything thats going on in the world, now is the time to help make a kinder society.
As one of the youths in today's world, I just want to remind everybody, that no matter what happens, even though sometimes the world kills us inside, let us not forget to be that someone who is ready to accompany others just like what the 14th Dalai Lama said, "Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible".
